Our General Refund Policy

Our paid programmes are digital products and services delivered online. Depending on the programme, your purchase may include digital course materials, videos, PDFs, templates, AI-guided experiences, community access or other online resources and services.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or required by law, we do not offer voluntary refunds once access to the purchased digital content or programme has been provided.

Please review the programme description carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

United Kingdom and European Union Consumers

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply in addition to this policy.

Digital Content Supplied Immediately

Consumers purchasing digital content online will normally have a 14-day cancellation or withdrawal period.

Where you request access to digital content before that period has expired, we may ask you at checkout to:

• expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
• acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel that digital-content purchase once supply of the digital content begins.

Where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and supply has begun, your statutory right to cancel that digital-content purchase may end.

If we have not obtained the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law, your statutory cancellation rights will not be affected merely because this policy states that sales are final.

Services and Guided Programme Elements

Some programmes may also contain services or guided elements in addition to digital content.

Different cancellation rules can apply to services.

Where you expressly request that a service begin during an applicable statutory cancellation period and later exercise a valid right to cancel, applicable law may permit us to charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

Where applicable, statutory cancellation rights relating to a service may continue until that service has been fully performed.

We will not use a digital-content waiver to remove rights that legally continue to apply to a separate service component of your purchase.

Faulty, Misdescribed or Undelivered Products

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

If digital content or services are:

• faulty;
• not as described;
• not supplied as agreed;
• inaccessible because of a problem for which we are responsible; or
• otherwise not compliant with applicable consumer law,

you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and the law that applies to your purchase.

Access is made available in accordance with the delivery terms shown when you purchase.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, no voluntary refund is available once programme access has been provided.

Infinite Traffic System — AI Agent Edition

Price: $1,997

Infinite Traffic System — AI Agent Edition is an online programme that includes self-paced digital course content such as PDFs, videos and templates, together with any community or other programme access described on the sales page.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, no voluntary refund is available once access to the programme has been provided.

UK and EU consumers retain any applicable statutory rights described above.

How to Request a Cancellation or Raise a Problem

If you believe you have a statutory right to cancel, are entitled to a refund, or experience a problem with your purchase, please contact bonnie@bonnieann.com.

Please include:

• your name;
• the email address used for your purchase;
• the programme you purchased;
• your date of purchase; and
• a brief explanation of your request.

We will review your request in accordance with this policy and any consumer laws applicable to your purchase.

Where a statutory cancellation period applies, you should send your cancellation request before that period expires.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it directly.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have through your card issuer, payment provider or applicable law.
