Plain-language summary. This Policy explains how Deep Soul LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through bonnieann.com and related services. It also explains the choices and rights available to you. This summary does not replace the full Policy.

1. Who we are and scope

Deep Soul LLC ("Deep Soul," "we," "us," or "our") operates bonnieann.com and related pages, forms, booking experiences, digital resources, courses, customer accounts, and communications (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of applicable data protection law, Deep Soul LLC is the controller or business responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Services and related communications. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices.

2. Personal information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and other details you enter in a form.
• Account and course information, such as login details, enrollment, progress, preferences, and resource-download activity.
• Transaction information, such as products or services purchased, billing status, transaction identifiers, and limited payment-related details. Stripe processes full payment-card details; we do not intend to store complete card numbers.
• Appointment and inquiry information, including scheduling details, questions, project information, and communications submitted through GoHighLevel or email.
• Marketing preferences, newsletter subscriptions, consent records, and unsubscribe choices.
• Content you submit to AI-enabled or automated features, including prompts, questions, uploaded content, and related responses. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless the feature specifically requests it and you are comfortable doing so.
• Any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, access times, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic information.
• Cookie and similar-technology information, including identifiers and preferences used to operate the site, remember choices, understand engagement, prevent fraud, and, where enabled and permitted, measure or personalize advertising.
• Embedded-content information. Videos and social-media embeds may allow the provider to receive device, usage, and interaction information when the content loads or you interact with it.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from service providers and business partners, including GoHighLevel, Stripe, analytics and advertising providers when enabled, video or social-media platforms, referral partners, and publicly available sources. The information received depends on your interaction with those services and their settings.

3. How we use personal information

• Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services.
• Respond to inquiries, deliver resources, administer courses and accounts, schedule appointments, and provide customer support.
• Process payments, maintain transaction records, and prevent fraud.
• Send service-related messages and, where permitted, newsletters, offers, and other marketing communications.
• Operate AI-enabled or automated features and generate responses or workflow outputs.
• Measure site performance and engagement and, if analytics or advertising tools are activated, understand campaigns and audiences subject to required consent and opt-out rights.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services; detect, investigate, and prevent misuse, fraud, and technical problems.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and complete business transactions such as a reorganization or sale.

4. Legal bases for UK and EEA visitors

Where UK or EEA data protection law applies, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:

• Contract: to take steps at your request or perform a contract with you.
• Consent: for activities that require consent, such as certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
• Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, improve, and promote our business, respond to inquiries, and understand use of the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use essential cookies and similar technologies needed for site operation, security, authentication, scheduling, account functions, and remembering privacy choices. Depending on configuration and your choices, we may also use functional, analytics, and advertising technologies.

We use Google Tag Manager on bonnieann.com to load and control any measurement or advertising technologies. As of the effective date of this Policy, no Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel tag is configured within it, and none is active. We may activate one or more of them in future. If activated, these providers may collect identifiers, device and browsing information, interactions, referral information, and campaign data. In jurisdictions where consent is required, we will seek consent before placing or accessing non-essential cookies or similar technologies, and our consent banner is configured to withhold analytics and advertising storage until you accept.

You can manage cookies through any preference tool made available on the site and through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality. Where applicable, we will also process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as required by law.

6. Marketing communications

We may send marketing emails when you request them, consent to them, or when otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages about your account, purchases, appointments, security, or our ongoing relationship with you. We do not currently use SMS marketing.

7. AI-enabled and automated features

Some Services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to support content generation, education, customer service, routing, scheduling, or other workflows. Information you submit may be transmitted to service providers that help us operate those features. AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

We do not intend to use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. If that changes, we will provide any notice and choices required by applicable law.

8. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to the following recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Vendors and service providers, including website hosting, GoHighLevel for forms, CRM, email, scheduling and account workflows, Stripe for payment processing, cloud storage, security, communications, course delivery, customer support, analytics, advertising, and AI service providers.
• Embedded-content and platform providers, such as YouTube and social-media services, when their content is displayed or used.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and other parties that assist with legal, accounting, compliance, and business operations.
• Government authorities, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misconduct, or establish or defend legal claims.
• A buyer, successor, or transaction counterparty in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
• Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If advertising technologies are activated, some disclosures of online identifiers or activity to advertising partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws. Where those laws apply, we will provide required notices and opt-out methods before or when those activities begin.

9. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and uses payment and related information under its own privacy notice and contractual terms. We may receive limited information such as your name, email address, billing address, transaction amount, payment status, and a payment-method token or last four digits.

10. International data transfers

Deep Soul LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those where you live.

Where UK or EEA transfer rules apply, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism appropriate to the recipient and transfer, such as an applicable adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or another permitted safeguard or derogation. 11. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or security threats. Retention periods vary by the type of information, our relationship with you, legal requirements, and technical or operational needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup and legal-retention requirements.

12. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, taking account of the nature of the information and our operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to:

• Request access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of personal information.
• Request restriction of processing or object to certain processing.
• Receive certain information in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

• Not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

UK and EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where they live or work, or where they believe an infringement occurred. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.

14. U.S. state privacy disclosures

Certain U.S. state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet specified thresholds. If a law applies to Deep Soul LLC and your information, we will honor the rights it grants. The categories of personal information we collect, the sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described in Sections 2, 3, and 8. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under age 16.

15. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Some offerings may be designed for educators or institutions, but that does not mean students should submit personal information unless a separate arrangement and appropriate safeguards are in place.

16. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or embed third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content of third-party services.

17. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Your use of the Services after the updated Policy takes effect is subject to the updated Policy, but we will seek consent if required for a new use of personal information.
