Seven days. One brand. Everything you need to run it.

Build the brand only you could build.

Seven days of guided work, about an hour a day, and you finish holding your Brand Keystone — one page that says who you serve, what makes you the only real choice, and exactly what to say from here. You write it. That's why it lasts.

For coaches, consultants and service-based business owners who already have clients. Start with the free Keystone tool — the paid week begins where it leaves off.

Why branding stays stuck

You are not short of information. You have read the posts, saved the frameworks, maybe bought the course. And you can still feel it when you write your own bio — the sentence goes vague exactly where it should go sharp.

There are three reasons that happens, and none of them are about you.

Courses teach you the theory and leave you with it.

You finish knowing what a positioning statement is. You still don't have yours.

Agencies do it for you, and then you need them again.

You get a beautiful deck and no ability to write next Tuesday's post without going back.

Templates were built for someone else.

Fill in the blanks and you get a brand that sounds like the template, because it is one.

The gap is not that you don't know enough. It's that nothing in your week is built to close it.

This is a challenge, not a course. That difference is the whole point.

I could have built this as a course. Seven modules, watch whenever you like, lifetime access. It would have been easier to make and easier to sell.

I didn't, for one reason. If you don't do the work, the method is worth nothing to you. Branding is the one thing nobody can hand you. It has to come out of you, and that only happens if you sit down and put it there.

So the shape of the week does the work that willpower usually has to.

  • One day, one decision. Each day is a short lesson — about ten minutes, me on camera, no filler — and then the work. You are never asked to hold more than one question at a time.
  • Day one ends with something public. Not a warm-up. The first day produces your positioning statement, and it's ready to go on your profile the same day if you want it there.
  • Each day's work is the next day's starting point. You never face a blank page. Day three uses what you wrote on day two.
  • A prompt lands each morning. If you stall, a second one follows. It's there to keep the thread from dropping, not to chase you.
  • You finish holding one document. Not seven files and a feeling. One page.

Start with Keystone. It's free, and it's the first half.

Before the paid week begins, you need two things settled: your brand foundation and your niche. Both come from the free Keystone tool, and it takes about fifteen minutes.

This isn't a lead magnet standing in for the real thing. Day one of the Challenge assumes you already have them, and builds straight on top. Doing Keystone first is what makes the seven days worth the money — you spend them going deeper rather than covering ground you could have had for nothing.

If you've already done it, you're ready.

How the week runs

1

Positioning

Turn your foundation into one sentence that claims your ground. You end the day with a positioning statement, public today.

2

Your Person

Go past the demographic to the person you actually serve. You end with someone you can picture when you write.

3

Your Voice

Name how you sound, and how you don't. You end with a voice guide you can hand to anyone.

4

Your Proof

Find and order the evidence you already have. You end with credibility you can point at.

5

Your Story

Write your origin so it does real work. You end with a story you can tell in any room.

6

Your Message

Build the three things you talk about. You end with an answer to "what do I post?"

7

Assemble

Put days one to six on one page, and go public. You end holding your finished Brand Keystone.

About an hour a day, and the lesson is only ten minutes of it — the rest is you doing the work. You have thirty days' access, and if you need longer, email me and I'll extend it. The week is still built to be done as a week.

The Inside-Out Method

Most branding work starts on the outside — the logo, the colours, the words on the page — and hopes the inside catches up. It rarely does. That's why so much of it feels like costume.

This runs the other way. Who you are and who you serve, first. Then what makes you the only real choice for that person. Then the voice and the messages that let you keep producing. Then one page that holds it together as you grow.

It isn't a straight line. You'll come back round, and each pass sharpens the one before it. But the order matters. Start on the outside and you decorate. Start on the inside and you build.

Who this is for

You have clients. You have a business that works. What you don't have is a clear, consistent way of saying what you do — and you feel the cost of that every time you write a bio, brief someone, or open a blank post.

You're a coach, a consultant, a practitioner or a service-based business owner. And you're willing to be honest on paper about who you actually serve, which is the only genuinely hard part of this.

Who it isn't for

  • If you haven't started yet and don't know who you serve because you've never served anyone, do the free Keystone tool and come back when you have real clients to describe.
  • If you want someone to hand you a finished brand, this isn't it. That's consulting, and I do that separately.
  • And if you're not going to open it, please don't buy it. I'd rather you spent the $497 on something you'll use.

Why me

Twenty-five years building businesses. Fifteen working with people on what stops them. I've founded a multi-million pound company, led teams of forty through complex launches, and built AI and automation systems for businesses that run on them. I also sit with people one to one when strategy isn't the thing in the way.

That combination is unusual, and it's why this exists. Branding fails at the join — where what's true about you meets what the market needs to hear. Most people helping you stand on one side of that join or the other. I work at it.

This method isn't new, and it isn't borrowed. I spent eight years working alongside one of the most successful marketers in the industry, and in the later years of that I built this — the branding process I ran as the AI side of a mastermind. It's mine. Keystone and this challenge are what happened when I took it out of that room and rebuilt it so you can run it on your own.

You won't be asked to become someone else here. You'll be asked to get specific about who you already are, and then to say it well.

What people say

I came to Bonnie with a vision and not much structure. I know what I want to build. I also have real limits on how I can build it. Bonnie never treated either one as a problem to manage.

She sat beside me and did the work with me — not for some version of me that doesn't exist. Every setup. Every technical piece. Every decision. Nothing moved until I understood it.

What I got wasn't just a launch. It was a business that sounds like me. Honest. No hype. No pressure tactics I'd have to walk back later.

Emotion opens the door. Structure shows the exit. Bonnie is the structure. She took what I could see and made it something people can actually walk through.

If you're building something that matters to you, you want her in the room.

S. Edmonds, Founder, Reinvention Works

I've had the pleasure of working with Bonnie Ann for over two years, and on other projects before that. Together we've built and launched three businesses — and the work still continues. Across every one of them, Bonnie has been the person who knows exactly where AI is today, not where it was six months ago. Her prompts are always the most current and precise, and they consistently get us better results than anything we could have engineered on our own.

What sets Bonnie apart is her guideline for starting a brand from scratch. Most people can tell you what AI can do; Bonnie tells you where to start, what comes next, and why — and then she walks the whole road with you. She takes your hand and guides you through the process until you succeed. Her accountability on projects is total: she shows up, she follows through, and nothing slips.

If you're building something and want the best AI experience available — with someone who stays current, stays accountable, and approaches everything the right way — work with Bonnie. It has been a privilege, and I'm looking forward to what we build next.

What it costs

$497

One payment. Seven days of guided work, the full Brand Keystone framework, the daily prompts that keep you moving, and direct email access to me for the week — send me your work and I'll answer.

For comparison: positioning engagements I've seen quoted run $3,000 to $8,000, and you get a document at the end. Agency retainers run that monthly. Both leave you dependent on them for the next thing you need to write.

This costs less and leaves you able to do it yourself. That's the trade.

Questions

Do I need a brand before I start?

No, but you do need the free Keystone tool done first — that's where your foundation and your niche come from, and day one starts from both. Fifteen minutes.

What if I fall behind?

Nothing locks mid-week. You have thirty days from the day you start, and if you need longer, email me and I'll extend it. The seven-day shape is there to give the work momentum, not to enforce a deadline.

Can I get a refund?

No. Everything is delivered up front, so I don't offer refunds — and I'd rather tell you that here than at checkout.

Can my team do it with me?

One person does the work — the answers have to come from whoever holds the brand. Once your Brand Keystone exists, your team can use it. That's rather the point.

I already have branding. Is this still for me?

Often yes. Most people with existing branding have the look and none of the words. If you have a logo but rewrite your bio every time someone asks for one, this is the missing half.

Do I need any particular tools?

Somewhere to write. That's genuinely it.

How much time each day?

About an hour. The lesson is ten minutes of that; the rest is you doing the work.

What happens after day seven?

You have your Brand Keystone and you use it. If you want the full content engine built on top of it, there's a next step — but nothing here depends on you taking it.

Seven days from now

You can be where you are now — knowing your messaging is vague, writing around it, briefing people with a shrug.

Or you can have one page that says exactly who you are, who you serve, what makes you the only real choice, and what to say from here. You'll have written it yourself, which is why it will still be true in a year.

That's closer than you think.
